This Bonus Policy governs all bonus offers available to players on 83ok. By accepting any bonus, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy as well as the 83ok General Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility for bonus offers requires the player to be at least 18 years old, to have a fully verified account, and to be located in a jurisdiction where 83ok permits promotional offers. Bonuses are issued to a single account per person, household, email address, payment method, device, or IP address, as determined by 83ok's eligibility controls. Bonus offers are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another player.
The Welcome Package consists of a series of deposit-based bonuses available on the first, second, and third eligible deposits. The terms below apply unless indicated otherwise in the Bonus Store or Promotions page for a specific offer.
Reload bonuses, daily cashback, and loyalty rewards are available under separate terms published in the Promotions section. Each offer specifies its own wagering, expiry, and withdrawal constraints and may be limited to players meeting deposit thresholds or loyalty tier.
Wagering requirements apply to cash bonuses as a multiplier of the bonus amount. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly designated as no-wager. Game contributions determine how each game contributes toward wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%; table games, roulette, and video poker contribute 0% toward wagering; live dealer games do not contribute at all. A list of eligible and ineligible games is provided in the Promotions or Bonus Terms.
Bonuses issued have a validity period within which wagering must be completed. Standard bonuses expire 14 days from receipt if wagering is not fulfilled. Free spins have activation windows and expiry: activation within 7 days; spins expire 7 days after issuance. Winnings from bonuses must be withdrawn within the expiry period or the bonus funds and related winnings will be forfeited.
While wagering a bonus, bets are capped to protect the wagering process. The default maximum bet is 5.00 EUR/USD per spin or per round while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding this cap may void the bonus and related winnings. Some games or promotions may specify different limits; those limits will be stated in the offer.
Withdrawal requests tied to bonus winnings are subject to verification of identity and payment details. The maximum withdrawal amount from any single welcome package cash bonus is 3,500 EUR/USD or 5,000 AUD/CAD/NZD, and a maximum withdrawal from welcome free spins is 50 EUR/USD or 75 AUD/CAD/NZD. Players who have made three or fewer deposits may have combined withdrawal limits applying to welcome bonuses. To withdraw, account verification must be complete and a qualifying deposit must have been made.
Only one bonus can be active at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined. Bonuses may be declined by the player, and any resulting winnings would be credited only if the player has complied with bonus terms for the qualifying offer.
83ok prohibits bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and use of promotional offers to exploit the gaming platform. If abuse is detected, bonuses may be removed, eligible winnings forfeited, and the player may be barred from future promotions. 83ok reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate any bonus program at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
83ok offers a tiered loyalty program. Players accumulate loyalty points based on real-money wagers and progress through levels that unlock rewards. Loyalty bonuses have separate wagering multipliers and periodic accrual. Bonuses from loyalty rewards are subject to the standard wagering requirements and withdrawal policies unless otherwise stated in the loyalty terms.
These terms supplement the 83ok General Terms and Conditions. If a term of this Bonus Policy conflicts with any other policy, the Bonus Policy shall prevail to the extent of the conflict. 83ok may modify this Bonus Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the site and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
