These terms govern all bets placed on 83ok Sportsbook and the markets we offer. For clarity:
The outcome of a Market is settled when the result is determined by the relevant governing body or by our technical systems in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in odds, event details, or results and to administer Markets with integrity and transparency. If an Event begins before the scheduled start time or if a Market is not closed or suspended at the correct time, bets placed after the start may be voided unless the Market description permits otherwise. The customer is responsible for verifying the correct event and Market details prior to placing a bet.
We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Any revision becomes binding immediately upon posting and applies to all unsettled and future bets. The customer acknowledges that live data supplied to the site may be delayed and that bets placed on such data are at the customer’s risk. We may publish results using official sources, video evidence, or our internal records where necessary to determine the final outcome.
Official results govern settlement where available. If no official result exists, we may rely on other reliable evidence or video material. In the event of a conflict between official results and our records, we will determine settlement using our best verifiable evidence, with a final decision resting with us.
Live or in-running betting is subject to rapid odds changes and may be subject to delays. We reserve the right to refuse or partially void bets if circumstances beyond our control affect price accuracy or market integrity. A timer acceptance feature may be used for certain bets, each with a countdown controlled by us. Data feeds presented during live betting are subject to time delay and may be inaccurate; bets placed on such data are at the customer’s risk.
Data integrity controls, including delays from third party sources and VAR reviews in football, are applied to safeguard market integrity. If a decision is overturned by the VAR after a live bet is placed, bets may be voided for the period between the initial incident and the final decision if the odds for that bet were affected. Bets elsewhere on unrelated offers may stand if not affected by the VAR outcome.
Our Markets include both prematch and in-play bets, including but not limited to the following categories. Where applicable, Market definitions follow official competition rules unless stated otherwise in Market descriptors.
Unless specified, the home team is listed first. If a change in venue occurs, bets on the match may be voided. Markets on neutral grounds remain valid where the rules indicate; otherwise they are voided as described in the Market terms. Any change that affects the listed participants or the event structure may lead to voiding of Market(s) affected.
For standard football markets, settlement follows official match results. If a market includes overtime, it is settled after overtime only if the market description permits. For first/last scorer and similar markets, the time of entry onto the field determines eligibility. Dead heat rules apply where a tie is declared and no winner is determined by the governing body or competition rules.
Baseball markets may include pitcher-related lines and innings-based outcomes. If a listed starting pitcher changes, markets explicitly designated as such may be void or adjusted per market rules. Moneyline, totals and spread markets follow standard baseball game completion criteria; if a game is shortened or halted, settlement follows the rules specified in the Market description.
Basketball markets governed by standard official results; if a game is decided on aggregate results across multiple legs, settlement follows the applicable rule set in the Market descriptor, including adjustments for overtime where specified.
American football markets follow official results with explicit provisions for abbreviated halves, overtime, and injuries or postponements as per Market descriptors. In the event of a postponement, undecided markets may be voided unless the Market remains open under the terms stated.
Customers may raise disputes through standard channels within the time frames specified for each Market. If a dispute cannot be resolved by the Trading team, the Head of Sportsbook will render the final decision. We will provide a justification upon request where permitted. We reserve the right to suspend settlement pending investigation in cases of suspected integrity concerns.
Markets are generally settled promptly after the Event concludes. We reserve the right to reverse a settlement if it becomes evident that a market was settled in error. Amendments to results or settlements will not be recognized more than a defined period after conclusion, and in most cases, 72 hours after completion, no amendments will be entertained. The maximum period between settlement and potential re-settlement is 30 days.
Time of acceptance and any palpable errors are governed by these rules. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after the Event has started, the affected selections may be voided unless the Market allows advancement by mutual consent. In the event of a system interruption, customers should review their betting history to confirm acceptance status once services resume.
Odds displayed on the screen are subject to rounding rules. Displayed odds are two decimals, while the overall total odds are calculated using a higher precision and rounded to the applicable level for payout calculations. The total winning amount is truncated to two decimals on settlement. Any discrepancy is a function of the rounding rules described here.
We support specified match formats for prematch and live bets, such as 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. Bets on matches with total duration outside a defined window (commonly between 50 and 90 minutes) may be voided unless market descriptors specify otherwise. The halftime duration for 3x30 format is calculated as half the total match duration. Customers acknowledge that unexpected changes to formats and the resulting settlements are at their own risk, as stated in the Market description and during registration.
Outright markets are subject to the Play-or-Pay principle. Bets remain valid and may be settled as losses even if listed participants do not take part, except for head-to-head markets where a listed participant is missing. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets may stand while certain individual markets may be void.
Maximum and minimum bet limits vary by Sport and Market. Each bet is treated as the investment of a single customer. We may set individual limits and reserve the right to not offer prices on certain selections or markets, identified as not available (N/O).
We operate in alignment with applicable licensing, regulatory, and anti-money laundering requirements. We support responsible gaming practices, including self-exclusion and verification procedures as part of our customer protections. In the event of any dispute or regulatory inquiry, we may disclose relevant information as required by law and regulatory obligations.
