Self-exclusion Policy

Scope and Definitions

Typical durations include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days, or such other periods as configured by 83ok. During an active Time-Out, the user may not deposit funds, place bets, or withdraw funds, and access to all 83ok products is blocked. Time-Out commences on confirmation of the request and ends automatically at the end of the chosen period, unless the user elects to extend or revoke the Time-Out earlier through the designated account controls or support process.

Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion is a longer-term cessation of gambling activity. The user may elect a Self-Exclusion for a defined period, including but not limited to 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Initiation may occur via the Account Profile or by submitting a written or electronic request to 83ok Customer Support. Upon receipt of a Self-Exclusion request, a 24-hour cooling-off period begins. During this cooling-off period, the user’s account is disabled and no gambling activity, deposits or withdrawals are permitted.

Following the cooling-off period, the available Self-Exclusion periods will be presented to the user. The user must respond to confirm the selected exclusion period. If no response is received within 24 hours after the cooling-off period, the account will be reopened by electronic communication from 83ok. Once Self-Exclusion is active, the user’s account will be blocked from deposits and withdrawals for the entire duration of the exclusion. Upon expiry, the account is automatically re-activated unless the user has chosen to extend or reinstate Self-Exclusion after expiry.

Revocation and Modification

Requests to revoke or modify Time-Out or Self-Exclusion may be submitted in writing or by electronic notice. 83ok will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to approve, deny, or impose new terms. Any revocation or modification is subject to verification and may require further processing time before becoming effective.

Financial Protections and Limits

While a user is subject to Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, 83ok may enforce additional financial protections. Users may set, adjust, or remove spending, wagering or loss limits through the My Account controls. If a user exceeds the configured limit, further activity related to that limit is restricted. 83ok will implement reasonable steps to prevent promotional material from being sent to users during exclusion. The Company is not liable for any losses or activity resulting from a user attempting to circumvent exclusions through new accounts or by altering registration details; users acknowledge that such attempts are outside the scope of the exclusion and may not be protected by this policy.

Data Handling and Privacy

Data collected for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with 83ok's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Records of exclusion requests, activation dates and related actions will be retained for the duration of the exclusion and for any statutory retention period. Data will be used solely to administer exclusion, prevent access, and comply with legal obligations. Personal data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law or regulation, or with the user's consent.
