Scope and Acceptance

These terms govern use of the 83ok gaming platform and accompanying services. By creating an account or placing bets, you agree to be bound by these terms. A current version remains available on the Platform, and continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions

• 83ok refers to the brand operator providing the Platform.
• Account is a user profile enabling access to the Services.
• Account Holder means the person who owns and uses the Account.
• Services include gaming, wagering, promotions, and related features offered on the Platform.
• Promotions are bonus offers, free spins, and other incentives published by 83ok from time to time.
• Bonuses are promotional funds or spins credited to an Account subject to applicable terms.
• KYC stands for Know Your Customer identity verification procedures.

Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into gambling contracts where you reside.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where registration and use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• Registration requires accurate information. You must update details as required and promptly respond to verification requests.
• Only one Account may be held per person. The Platform may identify and close duplicate Accounts, void related bonuses and redistribute funds accordingly.

Account Creation and Verification

• To open an Account, you shall provide Personal Details, including name, date of birth, address, email, and payment method information as required for verification.
• 83ok may perform identity, age, and source-of-funds checks and request certified documents to confirm identity, residence, and authorization to use payment methods.
• Successful verification is a condition to access real-money services and withdrawals. 83ok may suspend or terminate an Account pending verification results.
• We may share verification results with competent authorities as required by law.

Account Use and Security

• You are responsible for the security of your Account, username, and password. Do not share credentials or permit unauthorized access.
• 83ok may suspend or close an Account or reverse transactions if there is evidence of unauthorized use, fraud, or breach of these terms.
• Funds held in relation to Accounts are kept separate from 83ok’s own funds in client accounts with approved financial institutions and are not considered client deposits in a banking sense or earning interest by the Account holder.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or acquire Accounts or Funds between Accounts.

Prohibited Activities and Anti-Cheat

• Cheating, collusion, or any manipulation of games, events, or outcomes is strictly forbidden.
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence programs to influence play is prohibited.
• 83ok employs detection systems to identify disallowed software or methods and reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts contravening these rules or engaging in unfair conduct.

Funds, Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, anti-money-laundering checks, and the Platform’s internal policies.
• There may be limits on deposits, withdrawals, and betting while a bonus is active. A maximum per-spin Bet cap and/or a percentage cap of the bonus may apply as specified in the Promotions section.
• Funds are held in segregated client accounts; no interest accrues to the Account Holder. 83ok may suspend withdrawals or require additional checks to comply with applicable laws.
• 83ok reserves the right to refuse or reclaim funds derived from prohibited or unverified activity and to void related winnings where permitted by law and these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

• Promotions and bonuses are governed by published terms accompanying each offer. Only eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements as specified per offer.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus winnings are not guaranteed and are subject to the game’s RTP and platform rules.
• With active casino bonuses, the maximum bet per spin is capped (for example, 5 currency units or the currency equivalent) or 15% of the total bonus amount, whichever is lower, and bets that exceed this cap may forfeit the bonus and related winnings.
• 83ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion and to apply fair use limits if necessary to prevent abuse.

Responsible Gaming and Safeguards

• 83ok promotes responsible gaming and provides tools to manage playing activity, including time-outs, self-exclusion, and spending limits.
• Users may set time limits or self-exclusion from within the Account settings. Changes to limits take effect as described in the platform’s settings.
• If your gaming activity indicates potential harm, 83ok may take protective actions, including restricting access or closing the Account in accordance with applicable laws.

Time-Out, Self-Exclusion and Financial Protection

• Time-Out allows a temporary break from using the Platform. Deposits, withdrawals, and play are disabled during the Time-Out and can be revoked after 24 hours from the initial request; reactivation occurs automatically at the end of the period or upon your request if still applicable.
• Self-Exclusion establishes a longer-term interruption of play. Minimum self-exclusion is six months; period can be extended or made permanent. During self-exclusion, deposits and bets are blocked and the Account is disabled.
• Users may request Comprehensive Self-Exclusion through verified processes. 83ok will cooperate with regulatory authorities to enforce permanent exclusions where required, and will support closure of accounts that pose ongoing risk to the user or the platform.

Inactivity and Account Closure

• If a User does not log in for 365 consecutive days, the Account becomes Inactive. 83ok will notify the User prior to inactivity status and may suspend the Real Money balance for security purposes.
• An administration fee of 5.00 GBP may be deducted from the Real Money balance every 30 days while the Account remains inactive, until reactivation or balance exhaustion.
• To close an Account, the User may submit a closure request. Closure takes effect 72 hours after confirmation by Customer Support. If a withdrawal is pending, closure will proceed only after the withdrawal completes. A closed Account may be reopened upon request via support channels, subject to verification and platform rules.
• Closing an Account is not a substitute for Self-Exclusion and does not automatically prohibit future access in case the User reopens an Account thereafter.

Data Protection and Privacy

83ok processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy. Personal data may be used for identity verification, fraud prevention, payments processing, and compliance monitoring. You have rights to access, rectify, or erase personal data where permitted by law, and data may be shared with competent authorities or credit reference agencies for verification or compliance purposes as required by licensing conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to 83ok. Users acquire no ownership rights by accessing the Platform and may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with playing the Games as intended by 83ok.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be brought before the competent courts of England and Wales, subject to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution processes.

Changes to Terms and Versioning

83ok may update these Terms at any time. A new version takes effect on the date of publication on the Platform. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not amount to a waiver of rights.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Promotions and Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and 83ok regarding the Platform.
