This Withdrawal Policy governs how 83ok processes withdrawal requests submitted by players. It sets out eligibility, verification requirements, available methods, limits, processing times, fees, and the remedies available in relation to withdrawals.

Eligibility and verification

• You must hold a valid 83ok account in good standing and be at least 18 years of age where applicable by law.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and source‑of‑fund checks (KYC/AML). We may request documents such as a government‑issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank/credit card statement, and documentation validating ownership of the withdrawal method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed, suspended, or refused if information is incomplete, inconclusive, or if activity triggers fraud or anti‑money‑laundering concerns.

Withdrawal methods and currencies

Withdrawals are issued by the method chosen at the time of request, where permitted by law and by our payment partners. If a requested method is unavailable, we may offer an alternative with notice. Withdrawals are settled in the currency of the chosen withdrawal method unless otherwise indicated.

• Bank transfer: funds are sent to a designated bank account in the same currency as the withdrawal method.
• Debit/credit card: funds are returned to the card used for funding where permissible; processing times depend on card processor rules.
• E‑wallets: transfers to the wallet account on file are accepted where available.
• Cryptocurrency: withdrawals to the user’s bound crypto wallet are supported where enabled by policy and compliance.

Withdrawal limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 EUR or the equivalent in the applicable currency. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by method and are subject to daily, weekly, and monthly caps as described below. The company may adjust limits for compliance, security, or risk considerations.

• Card payments: maximum per transaction 2,500 EUR; daily cap 5,000 EUR; weekly cap 15,000 EUR; monthly cap 40,000 EUR.
• Bank transfer: maximum per transaction 5,000 EUR; daily cap 10,000 EUR; weekly cap 25,000 EUR; monthly cap 100,000 EUR.
• E‑wallets: maximum per transaction 4,000 EUR; daily cap 8,000 EUR; weekly cap 20,000 EUR; monthly cap 75,000 EUR.
• Cryptocurrency: maximum per transaction 20,000 EUR equivalent; daily cap 40,000 EUR; weekly cap 150,000 EUR; monthly cap 500,000 EUR.

Processing times

Withdrawal requests are subject to internal verification. We aim to approve or reject a withdrawal within two (2) business days from receipt of a complete request, with any additional checks required by risk or compliance procedures. Once approved, the settlement timing depends on the selected method and may be subject to banking or network delays.

Fees and charges

Withdrawal fees may apply and are disclosed on the withdrawal page prior to confirmation. Fees vary by method and jurisdiction, and currency conversion charges may apply where applicable. The user bears all charges imposed by payment providers and networks.

Conditions for withdrawals

• Withdrawable funds must be available and cleared. Pending bonuses or wagering requirements may affect the withdrawable balance.
• Funds derived from bonuses or promotions may be restricted from withdrawal until the applicable terms are satisfied.
• Withdrawals are subject to AML/KYC checks and may be held for additional verification or source‑of‑fund assessment. Inaccurate or unverified information may lead to withdrawal denial.
• Withdrawals are generally issued to the same name on the account; third‑party withdrawals require explicit approval by compliance.

Chargebacks, refunds, and reversals

In the event of a chargeback or disputed transaction, 83ok may suspend the account and withhold funds as required by applicable law and card network rules. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including reversing withdrawals or restricting further activity. Administrative fees may apply for chargebacks. Refunds, where permitted, are at our sole discretion and based on policy and legal requirements; requests should be submitted to customer support with a clear justification. Funds may be irreversibly impacted or reversed if fraud or policy violations are detected.

Cancellation and modification of withdrawals

You may cancel a withdrawal request at any time before it is settled. Canceled withdrawals are returned to your 83ok balance and may be used for subsequent withdrawals or other transactions, subject to applicable restrictions. We do not accept responsibility for losses incurred after cancellation or for funds misapplied due to user error prior to cancellation.
